PRESIDENT RIZWAN' S AUGUST MESSAGE

To quote Giuseppe Mazzini:

“The moral law of the universe is progress. Every generation that passes idly over the earth without adding to that progress remains un-inscribed upon the register of humanity, and the succeeding generation tramples its ashes as dust”.

It is my sincere request that as Lions, we support the community we live in so that ideas visible to us can be made possible practically for ourselves and others in general.

It is also a fact that there are people who live to support other people’s work while there are people who do more than is expected of them independently. We have to choose the branding we require but nevertheless it is work done that will count.

For Lions Club of Pwani, I salute the spirit exhibited and admire the strength shown that they care for the society we live in. To the District Governor, on behalf of my Club, I wish him the very best during this Lionistic Year.
